This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to your use of ChristConnect, a platform operated by Flacron Enterprises LLC ("ChristConnect," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, making a donation through the platform, or using ChristConnect, you agree to this EULA and the other policies incorporated by reference.
1.1 License
ChristConnect grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for lawful purposes in accordance with this EULA.
You do not acquire ownership of the ChristConnect software, source code, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, AI systems, recommendation systems, templates, databases, or other proprietary technology.
1.2 Permitted Use
- Read and study Bible content and related educational resources made available through the platform;
- Create prayer journals, devotion notes, reading plans, saved content, and personal spiritual-growth records;
- Use AI-assisted Bible study, reflection, learning, and content-organization tools;
- Participate in permitted community groups, posts, prayer requests, events, and ministry interactions;
- Use church discovery, event, worship, learning, family, jobs, marketplace, or mission features that are made available;
- Use Christian Dating if you are at least 18 years old and comply with the Dating Terms & Safety Policy;
- Purchase subscriptions and digital services; and
- Make voluntary donations or contributions through supported giving flows.
1.3 Prohibited Use
- Copy, scrape, resell, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Bypass security controls, age gates, subscription restrictions, usage limits, verification systems, rate limits, or content protections;
- Use ChristConnect to harass, threaten, exploit, groom, stalk, defraud, impersonate, blackmail, or abuse another person;
- Use Dating or Community features for commercial solicitation, escort services, sexual services, trafficking, financial scams, romance scams, or deceptive fundraising;
- Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, including private information about another person;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create accounts, send messages, harvest profiles, or manipulate engagement;
- Attempt to identify, expose, or infer private information about other users;
- Introduce malware, malicious code, credential-stealing tools, or harmful content;
- Use ChristConnect to train, benchmark, or build a competing product using protected platform data or content without authorization; or
- Use the platform in violation of law, sanctions, export restrictions, court orders, or the rights of others.
1.4 User Accounts
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
- Provide accurate account information;
- Protect your password, device, and authentication credentials;
- Use only accounts you are authorized to use;
- Maintain accurate age and dating-eligibility information; and
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access or abuse.
1.5 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for ChristConnect to operate the service. You grant ChristConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and format your content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, operate, and improve the platform, and to comply with law.
For public posts or content you intentionally make public, other users may view, share within available platform tools, or interact with that content. Deleting content may not remove copies already shared by others, retained for legal/security reasons, or temporarily stored in backups.
1.6 AI Features
ChristConnect may provide AI-generated explanations, summaries, study prompts, devotionals, prayer-writing assistance, recommendations, translations, and other generated content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inconsistent. You must independently evaluate important information and compare spiritual content with Scripture and trusted human guidance.
1.7 Third-Party Services
ChristConnect may rely on third parties for app distribution, payments, subscriptions, hosting, authentication, AI, analytics, maps, video, communications, identity or age verification, moderation, and other services. Those providers may apply separate terms and privacy policies.
1.8 Suspension and Termination
We may preserve information after suspension or termination when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement.
- Nonpayment or chargeback abuse;
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive conduct;
- Safety threats, harassment, exploitation, or grooming;
- Illegal activity;
- Repeated Community or Dating policy violations;
- Security threats or attempts to compromise the platform; or
- Other material violations of this EULA or incorporated policies.
1.9 No Professional, Pastoral, or Fiduciary Relationship
Using ChristConnect does not create a pastor-parishioner, therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, charitable fiduciary, matchmaker, or other professional relationship with ChristConnect or Flacron Enterprises LLC.
