Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChristConnect.

4.1 Services

ChristConnect may provide Bible reading and study tools, prayer and devotional tools, AI assistance, worship and learning content, community and social features, church and event discovery, family content, Christian Dating, subscriptions, donations, jobs, missions, ministry tools, and other digital services. Features may vary by device, location, age, subscription, availability, and product version.

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create a general account. Users under the age of majority must have any consent required by local law. ChristConnect Dating is strictly 18+. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms or use the service through an authorized parent, guardian, organization, or representative where permitted.

4.3 Subscriptions and Pricing

Unless otherwise stated at checkout: subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period; you authorize recurring charges; you must cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; plan benefits and usage limits may change prospectively; taxes may be added; and app-store purchases may be governed by marketplace billing rules.

4.4 Free Trials and Promotions

ChristConnect may offer trials, discounts, promotional access, codes, or credits. Eligibility and terms may vary. Unless stated otherwise, a trial may convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends. Promotional value is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

4.5 Payments

You are responsible for disclosed subscription fees, one-time purchases, taxes, and other charges. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restricted access. ChristConnect may use third-party processors and app-store billing systems.

4.6 Donations

Donations are voluntary and are not required to receive basic spiritual content. Donations are separate from subscription fees and do not purchase spiritual favor, prayer outcomes, ministry influence, dating visibility, or other preferential spiritual treatment. Donation-specific rules are provided in the Donation & Giving Terms.

4.7 User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful account and age information;
• Respect other users, churches, ministries, staff, and creators;
• Use reporting and blocking tools responsibly;
• Review AI and educational content before relying on it;
• Protect your account and devices;
• Comply with Community Guidelines and Dating Terms; and
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

4.8 Community and User-Generated Content

ChristConnect may host user-generated content. We may remove, restrict, label, de-rank, preserve, or review content when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, address safety concerns, comply with law, or operate the service. We do not guarantee that all objectionable or inaccurate content will be detected or removed immediately.

4.9 Dating Service Limitations

ChristConnect does not guarantee that a dating profile is authentic, that a user is Christian, that identity or age verification is flawless, that a match is compatible, or that another user will behave safely. Users are responsible for personal judgment and offline-meeting safety. See the Christian Dating Terms & Safety Policy.

4.10 Churches, Ministries, Events, Jobs, and Marketplace Listings

Listings may be supplied by users or third parties. ChristConnect does not automatically endorse, certify, supervise, or guarantee any church, ministry, event, employer, seller, volunteer opportunity, missionary organization, product, service, doctrine, leader, or organization unless explicitly stated in writing.

4.11 Platform Availability

ChristConnect does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Features may be changed, paused, discontinued, or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, provider outages, legal requirements, content licensing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4.12 Intellectual Property

ChristConnect and its licensors own the platform software, branding, interfaces, systems, and proprietary content. Bible translations, music, sermons, videos, courses, and third-party content may be owned or licensed by third parties and may carry separate restrictions.

4.13 Copyright and Rights Complaints

Users may report content believed to infringe copyright or other rights through the designated legal contact. ChristConnect may remove content, restrict repeat infringers, preserve evidence, or request additional information consistent with applicable law.

4.14 No Guaranteed Spiritual, Relationship, or Financial Outcomes

• A particular spiritual experience, prayer outcome, healing, blessing, or theological conclusion;
• A dating match, response, relationship, engagement, marriage, or compatibility outcome;
• Attendance, church growth, ministry impact, donations, fundraising success, employment, or business results;
• The truthfulness, orthodoxy, safety, licensing, or qualifications of users, churches, ministries, employers, or creators unless expressly verified and stated.

4.15 Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTCONNECT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

4.16 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTCONNECT AND FLACRON ENTERPRISES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, REPUTATIONAL HARM, RELATIONSHIP HARM, DONATION DISPUTES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, total aggregate liability for claims arising from the paid service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ChristConnect during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

4.17 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChristConnect, Flacron Enterprises LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful conduct, content, misuse of the platform, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

4.18 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York. Nothing in this clause limits non-waivable consumer rights or legally required forums.

4.19 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
